At November | Delta we invest in the future of the Northwoods Region of the United States via: An Investment portfolio which seeks to deliver returns that beat the S&P Index via a diversified portfolio consisting of buy-and-hold strategies inspired by Warren Buffett. The portfolio focuses on companies we understand combined with traditional index funds and ETFs granting exposure to bonds, international stocks, real estate, and specific industries. We also invest in Private Equity via Sweater Ventures. In the future, our fund will deploy earned capital in the form of angel or venture capital investments supporting local businesses of the Northwoods. At this time we do not accept outside investments.
